Green Point Systems has launched two WEB server Apps that cover the needs of hotel operators to allow guest digital experience via Green Point Systems room smart controller.

Local WEB server App allows guests to control the lights, Air-condition, Do not disturb & Clean my room out door sign, Door lock without the need to download an App from their mobile phone, All that is necessary is access the web app through a link.

Using a QR Reader that connects to any electromagnetic lock completes a user experience that is not dependent on magnetic cards, RFID, wifi, Bluetooth and anything that may have communication problems, using the proven most secure protocol, the QR code. A truly intact user experience, without keys, cards, hassle, unnecessary queues at Reception etc.

In addition to opening the door, the QR code includes information such as: Name, room number, Validity Period (Arrival-Departure) even in case of room change the QR code does not change. You just assign another room through the application!

Employees will have access through a link to a mobile phone web app that will allow them to see their shift schedule, submit requests for changes, see the doors they have access to, and see a task list for today.

The employees will be able to update directly from their web app about completed tasks such as: finished cleaning room 221, AC tec nical issue fixed in room 224, etc.

For all rooms Lights, Air-condition, Door, Lock, Temperature, Occupancy, VIP, Holley days, Rent, DND/CMR, Need to be clean, in Cleaning, Waiting for inspection by housekeeping, Abuse. Maintenance required and more. For Public space-Lights, Air-Condition, Fresh Air system and more.
